CEO Tony Gibbs has 20 years experience across
several international markets, with the last 13 years here in New Zealand.
With a degree in Industrial Psychology and Economics, Tony has headed up
key functions in Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Export, Supply Chain
,Project Management and Strategic and Business Development. These roles
have been at various levels including that of Executive (GM) level, and
has covered all aspects of sales thus providing clients with insights into
key functions such as Account Management, Strategic development, channel
development and many more.
Companies Tony has worked for include
Unilever, Smith and Nephew, SA Breweries, Nestle, Mainland Products and
Bonlac Foods and was also part of a Fonterra international best practice
team, assessing systems and process within operating companies here and in
Australia. This is an area he has since consulted in for large
multinational organsiations.
Tony is a trained interpreter of
the McQuaig tools and works closely with the team in Australia, The Rogers
Group Pty Limited, the Australasian Licensee for the McQuaig Institute.

FMCG companies to Hospitals, Advertising agencies, IT companies, Vehicle

Tony is also an official reseller of the
icontact online e-learning system and works closely with Rapid Results to
develop and up-skill contact and call centre staff world wide
He is also a member of the NZ
Institute of Management , the Auckland Chamber of Commerce and also the
