CIRA - (Critical Internal Review Assessment)  is the tool to use every time

This process is ideal for new Senior Executives to a business, who want unfiltered responses to key essential questions on the state of the business. This form of business audit helps a company plant a stake in the ground at a given time and take a an honest , hard look at all process and systems, and assessment of the state of the business. Even small to medium size businesses can benefit from doing CIRA, and assessing where the business is inline with current documented strategy

Any best practice survey includes interviewing all the relevant functions within the business to achieve a respectable cross section of responses. Having depth and numbers to the interviews, reduces the risk of emotive answers (negative or the Halo effect), as responses from similar functions are closely compared. The survey covers a broad cross section of the Sales & marketing teams and include the senior Executive members, Sales and Marketing managers, Key Account managers, Field managers, Sales representatives, Product managers and Demand managers.
