NEW LOOK MCQUAIG REPORTS
Very soon you will notice a few changes to your McQuaig
Online® platform and the reports that it generates. The
platform will be more advanced and scalable and it will
allow any future additions and upgrades to happen more
quickly.
THE REPORTS
The
Job Survey®, Word Survey® and Self-Development Survey®
reports will be laid out differently – there will be
more white space and the graphics will be modified. The
content will not be changed.
A miniature Word Survey graph will appear in the footer
of the reports. This is meant for the trained
interpreter who when reading other parts of the report
may require a quick reference to the graph.
For greater consistency, Self-Development Survey trait
bars will be in the same colour as the Word Survey trait
bars. Additionally, there will be a situational score
indicator added to the Graphical Summary page rather
than the arrows currently giving the direction of the
change. This will give McQuaig-trained coaches and
trainers a better idea of the extend of a situational
adjustment, as they currently
have on the Word Survey.
The changes to our report generator will make it easier
and faster to develop new reports and options. We
already have a number of new ideas in progress and we'll
keep you up to date as we get nearer to the launch.
In the meantime, don't forget to give us your ideas
too...many of the features in the current reports came
from client feedback and concepts!

This new version allows for Chinese
candidates to do the Word survey comfortably , without
the added pressure of needing a strong second language
namely English.
The full report though is in English
for the benefit of clients and prospective employers.
The report will now make it easier to
understand the temperament and personality of staff who
you may have not assessed in the past.
